Are the keys valid?
Keys are bought from trustfull sources within the industry. The keys are taken from the game boxes, they are
not generated by key generators and they have never been used before.
How can i pay?
We are accepting Paypal payments only. You can use your credit or pre-paid cards with PayPal.
How do you ship the keys? Should i accept a fax or a letter with the key?
We do ship with the fastest way, via email. The key will be sent to the paypal email address after
the payment is cleared out.
How long until the key is delivered?
We are delivering the keys within 24 hours of the purchase time.
I enter the key i just bought and it says it is invalid! Now what?
First of all do not freak out. Make sure you have unistalled properly the previously installed version, cleaning
the registry from the leftovers of the game and reinstall it using the key you just bought. If the key fails again,
make sure you contact us immediately. Please include in your email the key you purchased, a screenshot of the error message
and the Paypal transaction id. If indeed the key is invalid, we will send a replacement immediately.

I have purchased a key, i've paid for it but my status is still pending! Why?
To increase security and to prevent those scammers who like to buy online with stolen money or credit cards, before any
order is proccessed we are looking up whenever your order is valid or not. This has nothing to do with you, it is an
internal procedure, during which your order is in pending status. As soon as your payment is accepted, the key will be
emailed to you.
I just bought some keys for my friends and my order was cancelled, why?
According to our policy, new buyers cannot order more than 50$ in goodies. Combined orders with 50$ in total will also be
rejected from new customers.
