After one and a half year running a somewhat strict system as far as it concerns downloading attachments on our forums, starting from the severe 100 posts requirement, and after drop it down to 10 posts and 7 days of registration we 've decided to give some abilities to the new guys after all.

There is still the requirement to become a Rager, 10 posts and 7 days registed, however as a new comer without acquiring your Rager status you can still download 1 attachment per year. The new system will hopefully satisfy the users who wish to spam and eventually get banned, while it will help our moderators to keep on wanking a bit more ;)
