AgeRage started in summer 2004 by Gregsy and Virtuosofriend mainly as a hobby site. Under a tk domain AgeRage soon hit some good numbers and it had more than 100 members in the first 2 months. However due to the lack of funding for a better server, AgeRage team decided to take the offer of tfcmaximus, an oldskool AoC player and AgeRage member, of a brand new server , where they installed their new vbulletin forums. On December of the same year, something very sudden happen, something that noone could predict. Server went down and the team decided to suspend the AgeRage concept for a while, until their brand new site is ready as well as the server gets fixed. |

On January 24th new forum and new site opened to the public. Database of the old forum was erased, so everything started from scratch. With the incomparable help of luck777jojo, senior administrator of MPC, AgeRage managed to survive from quite a few problematic situations due to the inexperience of its current Administration Squad. As it was growing and growing, it reached about 10.000 unique visitors in July, unluckiness hit it once more and especially on their 1st anniversary. Due to a vbulletin license issue, AgeRage had to suspend all forum activity ,before they could actually raise enough money for the license. That pitch black html page, with the donation button was the only accessible page on their server.After about 3 weeks of downtime, and after a very very generous help by luck777jojo as well as other members, AgeRage reopened. |

Ever since then and for a whole year, AgeRage never stopped growing more and more. Coders joined the team, hacks started to be created, the community was finally developing. On January , AgeRage added to their network a brand new website, which was hosting their files, wWw.DownLoadCheats.NeTDuring the summer of 2006, AgeRage bought its first and only until now Gaming Server for Call of Duty 2.Server hosted numerous CoD2 events and matches so far with great success. Last but not least, after 5 revisions of the original AgeRage.net website, the team has decided that it is time to change to something brand new and very powerful. This is how v2.0 of the website was born ( Joomla ). |
