I'm impressed. The rollover text is really nice and I like how it has the red square first. It's verah mellow.

All I can say is you might want to change the banner a bit more. I didn't see it before you changed it, but looking at it now I think that it needs your title font there... for example "aiGFX v2.0 Design Team" or something like that. Otherwise the first font you see is 'Welcome!'

Might wanna alter your welcome message too. It's not grammatically correct :D

Also there is that little banner on the top with all those words. Do you plan on making those links or are they describing what the site -is-? I'm kind of confused, and if they aren't going to be links I personally think they should be there just for aesthetics.

Looking further into the page, I've realized some smaller glitches you may want to work out. The link for the bottom left image (the portfolio) is really large and the rollover text appears even before your cursor touches it, particularily on the bottom of it. Maybe you could fix that? The others do it as well but not nearly as much.

I personally dont like the new header that much to be honest. Either i was used to the old one, or i dont know, somehow i feel that this one ruins the website instead of make it better. I guess i gotta look into it and propably
change what beneath the banner is (those words you mentioned).
