I have 2 questions:
Does agerage make mohaa spearhead hacks, and if a coder lists a hack as "undetecable" does that mean I could play with DMW running? (if you don't know what dmw is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])

On medal of honor (except pacific assault) there is no built in anti-cheat - so just about every hack is listed as "undetected" on download databases because they will not be detected by the game. However, it does not mean that they can bypass DMW.

There arnt any coders anywhere for SH, because its only the expansion of such an old game - but there are still some made for Allied Assault - and dont they work on Spearhead mostly anyway?

I understand that Medal of honor AA hacks only work for AA. But if you make a spearhead hack that has bypassed DMW, then it will also work for breakthrough and bypass DMW. Same thing goes if you make a MOHAA Breakthrough hack. It will work for spearhead, but not AA. Allied assault has like its own cfg settings that I guess the hacks for the expansions will not work.

Well, because of that then, there arnt going to be any hacks that bypass DMW - because there are hardly any coders for moh AA, let alone its expansiosn Probably 0 coders..

And undetected will just mean by serverside scanners like foresight.

lol, I'm not saying this toward any coders here, or trying to say something negative. I'm pointing out though that it is pretty sad that I cannot find any hacks that bypass DMW, and DMW is probably the worst anticheat ever lol. oh yea, sudden death, I downloaded a crosshair for medal of honor allied assault, and it worked for spearhead/breakthrough. So I guess if I found an AA hack I could test it out for breakthrough. you think it might work?

Possibly....though i seriously doubt it
