I tried to download an attachment about a year ago and by this time it is November 26, 2008 and i try to download an attachment and it tells me this:

You have reached your download limit. You will be able to download again on 19-06-2009 at 15:16.

I have to wait two years to get one more file?

yea, but the thing is, most people don't know the reason why they have to wait, so instead of saying "You will be able to download again on 19-06-2009 at 15:16" you can add more to it like... You will be able to download again on 19-06-2009 at 15:16, or you can become a more active member." that will help hint people and help promote the community

Typically that would be an edit of the mod itself, not simply a template modification. Simply be more active, make a few posts, and you should be able to obtain access to the file.

i know what he means though... if possible it would be helpful to add an explanation to the error message... i'll mention that to the other admins and see what they think
