I guess they cannot change much of the engine in less than a year, unless of course they were working on CoD5 simultaneously with CoD4 (which i doubt).

that's impossible for me (working 2 games together) , but anyway the point is that i expected something different in graphics... not too much , but this looks like a mod for cod4 than a new release

its being done by blizzard activision, not infinity ward. Its probably gonna fail as hard as CoD3

Ehhh... I dont know if I would buy it, I'm kinda tired with all the WWII games out there. Seriously like half the games out are WWII. And does anyone have any updates about a release date?

Hi I am new. I have played all of the Call Of Duty's and in my house hold we have all of them, Except stupid Call Of Duty 3 going to who knows what console, They have screwed it over big time. Should have gone like this. Call Of Duty 1 is WW1, Call Of Duty 2 Is WW2, Call Of Duty 3 is shit, Call Of Duty 4 should have been Vietnam, Call Of Duty 5 should be Modern or WW3, Something like that. I think that the creates of Call of Duty (eg. Infinity Ward) Just wanted to play around and make a spec op one. Meaning Call Of Duty 4, But know they have to go back and play it from its real story line. And IF they ever make a Call Of Duty 6 it will probably be like Call Of Duty 4 but a bit more modern and It is great how they are making Call Of Duty 5 Mutli platformed, I hope other good selling FPS games on multiply consoles does this in the feature. But I hear that it will be restricted to I think 4 or 5 Of the same console aloud to play on the same sever. PC will rule over every one.
