because everyone plays with the 1.0 version in asia (taiwan , hongkong...)

No1 plays with 1.0 probly about 100 people max. everyone uses 1.0e over at gamepark or igz.
1.0 hacks have not been realesed we havnt seen too many either mabey only a maphack.
