Purchased it just yesterday, took me some time to install it because my TV had no HDMI port but i finally managed to plug it in properly.

I had to run to the local hardware store to get a HDMI to DVI cable. If you dont have a HD TV, i would recommend to go with an xbox360 since it seems to be easier to be installed.

BTW I am running a japanese unit on a PAL television using PAL games. Great piece of hardware.
